Cancellations and rescheduling

Kindly notify us of any conflicts within your schedule regarding your appointment and allow 24 hours notice of any cancellation or rescheduling needed. Failure to communicate by email (contact form), DM through social media, response to our Square Assistant, or not changing the appointment on booking sites may result in a no-show fee charged to the card in which the reservation was made. This fee varies upon stylists and services. We understand when unforeseen circumstances arise. Please understand our schedules are rarely salvaged when a no show occurs.

Payment and Tipping

Forms of payment accepted are cash, visa, mastercard, american express, personal checks and most mobile payments.

All tips must be payed in cash. Thank you!

Events

A 20% deposit will be required to hold appointment times for parties with 3 or more guests.

Due to high demand, we will only be accepting large parties (3 or more) to existing clientele. Thank you for your understanding.
